Yes, someone may not show any proof at all and get his permit but it doesn't mean the same applies to all. again where one is applying from determines how severe his or her application will be scrutinized. I showed marriage cert., House documents (completed and uncompleted), land, Shares in companies, Pension account, business, insurances, offer letter from the institution I am to work upon return. So, let that be a guide.
I have not lived and visited home country for several years since my family is all settled abroad so I have weak ties which I need to compensate in some other ways.

I see you mention you dont have any work experience in home country but the VO has assumed that you did and are currently unemployed. Did you provide details & proof of work via work contracts, CV, etc with your application ? Did you articulate your plans clearly in SOP ? this would have helped VO understand your motivation to study.

With regards to home ties, its a hit & miss. You really have to show something solid for them to say you will return home and that you have no incentive to stay back illegally.

I showed experience letter abroad, with nothing related to work experience in home country. Don't know why VO deduced that I am working in home country.

Home ties is what I am concerned about.

It can be an error but anyways, no option but to reapply.

Home ties is the most common reason for rejection. Usually people working in GCC countries suffer the brunt of this as VO feels once people work in Middle East they forget everyone from home country and dont care about them anymore. So in your case atleast that is not the problem.

However, I suggest you to apply after you get a job so atleast your tick some points off the list and they will see you have made some changes before reapplying.

in GCC the visa is renewed every year and IRCC see this as an end of employment at the end of visa expiry, for same reason they refused my TRV.

as far as I know, IRCC is only concerned about illegally staying in Canada and not through legal channels. my travel history to UAE, UK, US are proof that I didn't stay in these countries legally, abided by the authorized stay and left. This should be convincing enough for a sane VO that I won't stay in Canada illegally. When my employment ended, I still had a valid US visa, if I had to stay illegally somewhere then wouldn't have taken a flight to US instead of home country? but sanity is not that common even amongst the VOs.
