this for all applicant of august/sep/oct and nov 2013 for GCMS Note sharing so we can know what happening to our future. specially applicant after nov 9,2013. share your notes.

Is it mandatory to request GCMS or CIO/CIC will be sending it directly after receiving the AOR.
My status on ecas still shows application received, as I received my AOR on 10th Jan 2014, Appl filed on 25th Nov 2013.

its not mandatory but with the help of this note you can get what happening to your file inside cic. like you can check your detailed which enter in cic system is good or not. and mainly for cec stream you can check your experience what they put in note. GCMS note is free for who live in canada. and can be order many time when need some update for cec file.

So, do you mean when I request the GCMS then my status on ecas is going to change as "file transferred".
Could you send me the link on how to request the GCMS.

I did apply but did not include the copy of WP. So now I have to request again, please advice

For gcms application online no need for wp. You can apply with file number and client I'd after applying u will get in 30 days

I applied on Feb 15 for GCMS. AOR received on november 25 for CEC. Application received Oct 18/2013.
