GCMS notes eligibility erased

Received GCMS notes and in eligibility review it looks like they erased comment, can someone please tell me what are the possible comments they can give on eligibility status,
 
After looking its closely I come to know that its “recommended interview” but why would they erase ??? And what does “recommended interview” mean ?

Recommend interview, mean you require an interview, if they erased, maybe you no longer need it.

Applied on Aug 28 for September 2020 intake,
Biometric 31 Aug
Medical upfront and updated on 8th September
Eligibility review started 8th September
Additional document request on 8th September
NO Aip, since then not a single update, applied with SOWP
Deferred to January intake and taking online classes,

What was the additional document they requested for? Also is ur application under SDS?
