GCMS notes didn't arrive

My husband ordered his notes 32 days ago. He paid the $5 because he didn't know he could also get them for free.

He received an immediate email with a receipt and temporary tracking number. It says another tracking number would be assigned. But we never got that.

The notes have not arrived and we did check junk mail just in case.

We have no idea how we are supposed to track them or even find out where they are.

Any advice???

Happened to me too, only got a temporary tracking number. I sent an email quoting my temp tracking number and received an email back.

There are two options on the website. He is in Canada so he can get it for free but t doesn't tell you which option is which (if i remember correctly) they just have two different names

It's free if you are applying for YOUR own notes under the Privacy Act.. You have to be inside Canada.

If you are applying on behalf of your spouse, etc, then you have to apply under the "Access to Information Act". It costs $5 and you have to include an "permission to release information" signed by that person. The person applying for it has to be inside Canada.

They didn't send me a second tracking number. Since it's been more than 30 days, just send an email to the same address(or the specific address if on the website) and ask for the status of your request. They usually reply within 2 - 3 days and will tell you if there is a relay and why.

i ordered notes on 17 jan 2014 and still wating only got temporary tracking number .sent them an e mail to enquire but no response yet . how long should i wait to contact them again.

It took a week for them to reply in my case and they attached the notes as well.

I am in same boat, got only temporary number when I applied and never got an other number. Now tomorrow it will be 30 days, should I send them an email already or I should wait some time before asking ?

if you still did not get notes try sending email .i sent email on feb 18 and got notes two days later.
