Gcms notes delay

We are on day 46 of gcms notes being ordered. Just curious if everyone is having the same issue as me. We are from Manila VO.

Last two sets I ordered were 47 days and 60 days . I emailed them daily after day 31
Everything with this process this year is behind. It’s beyond frustrating .

They are very happy to take your money but the service we are getting is atrocious.

It sure is ..... every part of it . No accountability anywhere
 
71 days waiting..........................they sent me a letter in August saying theyll put a priority on them. Still nothing
 
83 days and waiting, i have applied them before and usually received them after 35 days. They sent me a letter as well that our request is flagged as priority - this was 40 days ago. Nothing still.
 
Hello. I have the same issue. I ordered my notes through GCMSBuddy. I am on day 38. After the notification of delay I sent an email directly to ATIP. They answered that they cannot find my email and that they can only communicate to the one who ordered the notes. Which is GCMSBuddy, of course. How can you directly contact them so they can put you on the priority list or at least put some pressure on them?

Why wouldn’t you just order them yourself ? It’s 5 bucks and you wait the same time you would for this service everyone pays for
Be careful when using outside sources to request your personal info
 
Because as far as I understand, only people in Canada (not physically, but citizens or PR) can order GCMS notes. That's why these kinds of services exist. I am applying for PR from outside Canada (FSW-O). I understand that you were sponsored on a spouse sponsorship, that's why your partner could get them directly.

Ah ok yes I understand now . I’m the sponsor actually and a citizen so yes I see now that it must be requested inside . I had no idea
I hope you get them soon, for us it took a long time everytime I ordered , but it seems things are speeding up

I ordered my notes in october. Got a message from them dec 12 to send in the use of rep form. Did that, and still nothing back yet.
