GCMS NOTES DELAY - 35 DAYS TODAY!!!

Good morning All,

Please I have a question for the New/Senior/Experienced Members in this Forum.

I applied for my GCMS notes on 27th June 2019 through ApplyGCMS.com after my 1st TRV Application rejection due to "Family Ties in Home country & Canada ".

Currently awaiting feedback on my 2nd application (Reapplied immediately attached documents proving ties in Nigeria only).

It has been 35 days since i applied for my GCMS notes yet nothing has been received as GCMS notes is supposed to be sent after 30 calendar days .

All efforts to reach ApplyGCMS.com proved abortive as they have not been responding to my emails since Monday 29th July (Sent them 3 emails Mon - wed since we were told via email to contact them when 30calender days is up) There is no contact number on the website.

Do i need to be worried about the delay or is this normal? at least they should respond and tell me if more time will be required.

Is any one going through this ?

Don’t worry, my gcms notes were sent just yesterday after 31 days, i was lucky to receive them during this time, and totally it is normal for a long time waiting. You have to wait even for 3 month it is normal. For my case I ordered full records but still i have to wait and I don’t know when i will have them!

41 days today and the below is the update when i track my gcms note application online via applygcms.com :

" Its been 41 days since request submitted on 2019-06-27 (All times are in EST Toronto time) if the deadline falls on a weekend or on a holiday, the due date becomes the next business day.
Status: Contacted IRCC on 2019 Aug 1"

Followed up with applygcms.com and they advised that delay is from IRCC and they are still awaiting a response.

Not sure why its taking this long as i didnt order full case file

Finally got my GCMS notes today - 47 days after . please can someone be so kind to explain the below note received as my initial application was denied due to family ties . Expected more details than what I received , also any particular reason why they are quoting my hotel and tour guide details - many thanks for your response

you are right doesn't give much info, but basically they do not believe you would leave Canada. The reasons for you to stay in Canada such as economic conditions and your family ties in Canada outweigh the reasons for you to go back to your home country.

Also he is going to visit his elder sister and elderly mother but not stay with them? instead in a hotel?

This GCMS note was for my own application but my fiancé was also rejected but basis family ties and purpose of visit.

He also used same hotel reason is his sister stays in a 2 bedroom apartment with his mum and her 2 little kids so there is no room for him hence the reason why he took a hotel close to the house .
