I ordered the GCMS notes for my parents who applied for super visa from Afghanistan.
Under eligibility, it says: Recommend Interview.

can you please share your thoughts on what this means exactly? their file was reopened through a settlement offer after the application was initially refused. We sent a long supplementary package with additional info that the requested when file was reopened.

There is likely concern that they will attempt to remain in Canada and not just visit. They need to provide proof of their ties to Afghanistan and why they will need to return home.
