Hi,
I am also the sponsor and I wanted to request those notes but no where does it seem that we have the possibility online to mention that we are the 'sponsor' requesting and therefore waive the fees.
It appears that what ever the case - one is sent to the page to pay the fees before the process is being finalised.
What am I missing?

You have to order notes under the privacy act to not pay the feeGreen5 said:
