Please help, I had applied 2 times visitor visa this year and both refused

I had Canada visa applied before in year 2020, i never used and expired on 4 Jan 2023, i tried re apply again two times

1st time was on 7 February 2023 with refusal details:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

applied and attached with 100% supported bank documents from my parents, dummy tickets, no pay slip copy, no house certificate, requested for 20days length of stay, no explanation letter.

2nd time was on 22 February 2023 resubmitted again with refusal details:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada.

applied and attached with my own bank documents and my parents as a supporter, dummy tickets, no pay slip copy, with house certificate under my parents name, requested for 20days length of stay, no explanation letter

I tried to get gcms notes 2 days ago but i dont really get the meaning of the notes

Anyone here could explain the meaning of gcms notes? any part of gcms notes should i referring on to get an accurate documents and re-apply again? can send pdf too if needed

How old are you? If over 22, your parents documents are not relevant. Parents house certificate not relevant or a tie because it is not yours. How much did you show personally? Why do you want to visit Canada? What is your business?

For a TRV, you (not parents) need to show your own bank funds, travel history, ties to home country (your ties not parents, your job with approved leave letter, income that can support a business) and legitimate reasons to visit.

I am 42 this year, I am staying with my parents. I agreed my parents house certificate didn't even help at all, I attached my parents bank balance around 25k, my own bank balance with only 6,5k, purpose for vacation with my friends, we will do our own itinerary, maybe 20days taking too long, my friend suggested me to change to only around 10days, I didn't applied for a business purpose that's why it made me confused somehow

Honestly, i have online business running on since pandemic aside from my office work, i m not sure how to attach it and whether it can be a tie to my home country. I am still using my bank balance for my online business as it is still running on. It might be a question for them on this side too. If i add i my online business, will that help to be a tie to my home country?

From GCMS Notes, it is said that the main problem was on insufficient bank balance, the 2nd time i applied, i attached wrongly, i should have attached my bank balance as supporter and my parents bank balance to cover all my expenses during my holiday

Do I need to do an explanation letter to explain my online business aside from my office work? Do you have an email for me to forward my GCMS Notes?

Thanks a lot anyway

So you are 42 so don’t show your parents accounts. Why should your parents use their savings for your trip. If you show your parents funds at mid-life, it shows you cannot fund your own trip. You need to fund your own visit and $6.5k Cdn is not enough. That covers airfare. You want to show funds to support a trip but not deplete your savings. How much do you think the trip will costs if you do your own itinerary. Figure that out. An online business isn’t a tie if you don’t need to be in the country to continue the business.

You are 42 years old so need to be able to show your own funds. You have two very quick refusals due to lack of funds and most likely because your parents are supporting you.

Maybe my work letter not specific enough earlier, it didn't state my monthly salary and no leave approval attached. I am working as an accounts actually. It could be that i didn't upload the whole months bank statement, My monthly bank balances can be 40pages each month. Not sure i can upload all of it and not to exceed 4mb per pdf file right.
