I requested GCMS through 'Privacy Act to Citizenship and Immigration Canada' on 4th Apr 2015 for free.
I received email stating below on the same day...
You have successfully submitted your request under the Privacy Act to Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Your temporary request tracking number is xxxxx. After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request.
But never got a new number seems request didnt go through. I called customer service but due to high call volume unable to reach them.
Has this happened to anyone before? How long does it take to received GCMS notes?
