1) that because it shows "criminality passed" , it means background check is done AND

2) who even after seeing their status on ecas as "in process" but questions the forum to identify what their status is....

no, it just means the officer has not made the decision. he or she probably wants to go through your file again to make sure or to run other checks until he/she is satisfied...
