no here is the question for uthere r lots of sections there some with 0 some with 1 (and then written not started); my guess is the ones with 0 r the ones which will not b done at all, and the ones with 1 r the ones which have to b done (and then they will b in progress, complete, so on); am i close?
and i think TFR means something else :need to do some more research
