Yes. It used to be CAIPS but later changed to GCMS.

1, it can be ordered by people in Canada. Either can be a student, permanent resident or citizen. This will cost you $5 cad. You need to provide the consent form to that person signed. They will apply on behalf of you.


2. You can use other services which are available online for ordering your notes. You just need to give them a consent form signed. But since this is a third party you will need to pay around 15$ to 25$ usd depending upon the service you use to order.

Processing time : for example if you order the notes today the usual time frame is around 26 to 30 days for your notes to get delivered to you in your email.

CAIPS and GCMS are used interchangeably, as @jigzyy mentioned, older file prior to around 2011 were created in CAIPS
