I ordered GCMC 31 days ago. Does anybody know how and when I will receive it? Will it be by e-mail or I need to check ECAS for it?

It will be sent via email. It is not tracked via eCAS.

May anybody help me how to understand my GCMS? Sad
How may I know whether my application is currently in Sydney or in Ottawa? And how may I know whether it is in process or not (in ECAS it is still Application Received)? When to expect PPR?

GCMS says:

App Status Reason: In Progress-CP
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed

yeah your file is in Sydney as per the notes.

Primary office is also Centralized Intake Office.

as you are January 2014 applicant, i think you will hear from them if they need any further information / documentation or your case will be in process in June 2014.

in my case, my visa office is Ottawa and it is now 10 months and my status did not turn to "In process" and after i received my note on 11 May it is obvious that my file is transferred to Ottawa in January 2014 and since then they did not start reviewing my file as Eligibility, Security are "Not Started".

How many days after CIO Sydney respond your email? I sent email on may 16 about RCMP fingerprint haven't heard back till now.

I have sent an email to Sydney twice and I got a response for the first one after 31 days and another one inquiring if I need and RCMP clearance which they responded after 35 days.
