GCMA NOTES received few hours back. plzzzz help

Hello all. Today i m feeling so dead,just got my gcma notes. Plz review nd tell me what it saying. Also tell me what should i do further. Plzzz help
Experience: withinn qualified period.in skill level 0,A pr B occupation : 31oct 2012 to 31 oct 2015.
W.permit:PGWP post secondary in canada :college -technical according to shedule 8:work exp 1:16feb 2013 to LOCK IN,NOC :0631 selected,full time assistant manager at subway. Emp letter dated 6march 2014 confirm date of employment, postion title and salary $13 per hour.
letter of emp/supporting documents do not appear to match lead statments &/or a substantial no. Of main duties under noc code selected.
Both T4 and NOA from 2012 shows earning of $15k. Online search conducted -concerns found
Add. Notes: concern:LOE doesnt appear to be authentic. No proof of income for 2013 (though i submited t4 of 2013 :( )
Online phone lookup doesnt appear to associate with emplyer. (I gave owner's mobile no. As he is not steady at any store)

Applicant meets benchmarks for work exp in skill level 0.criminality :PA.
RCMP SCREENING :no reportage trace
RECOMMANDATION :REVIEW REQUIRED BY ,work exp doesnt appear to meet requirements.


I dont know what should i do. How can i fix dis??? Plz help me. I have only 10 months of remainig workpermit.

I don't know what to suggest you but you can certainly provide explanations for their concerns. Check your roles and responsibilities and if you think something is missing then provide them the updated LOE.

OK. If you started on 16 Feb, you worked 46 weeks in 2012. To work a minimum of 30 hours per week @ 13 per hour, you would have earned 17,940. I suspect that most assistant managers work a heck of alot more than 30 hours per week - at 40 hours per week, you would have made almost 24K. Big difference from 15K.

So if you can explain the discrepancy for 2012, you should.

If you have your NOA for 2013, you can send it.

1 more thing. Is dis final judgment they gave me for file?? Bcz m confused with th line : recomandation: review required by officer. Is it means my file still prcess by other officer??

My biger tension is what if they just put full stop to my case with refusal now. I heared like in such case they send u a letter to submit additional documents.

Is it appear from dis GCMA NOTES like they won't put full stop . And will ask for further details..

What is your Due date?
I have applied in same NOC. I got GCMS last week and was says my education don't appear to match my work.
But other then that everything is fine.
 
in this situation they call your employer to discuss your duties
i think they tried to call your employer but he/she didnt answer it
 
@cecj : i dont knw they call owner or . Bcoz my boss didnt say anything about call.

What stage of the process are you at? Have you received RPRF or medicals yet?
 
I received my gcms notes today but I can't understand them at all. There's too many pages (44). If someone can guide me a little as to how to interpret them please?
