GCKEY User Lockout

Hey guys. Please Help..!!

I'm at Post AOR stage - AOR 19th Jan2021

I used to login to my gckey account from my laptop (Mozilla).. and it worked fine every time.

3 days ago I got an update on my email that there's a change in application, I didn’t have laptop with me at that time. So I tried logging in from my Smartphone for the very first time using Mozilla app (credentials were synced).
Anyway, it gave me error. I did try 3 times., it said wrong username password. I stopped there. Later went home logged in from my laptop it worked.
After that I tried to login again from smartphone. And that's when it locked my GCKEY account for 24 hrs.

Waited 24 hours, tried logging in again from smartphone, and then laptop. Locked out again for 24 hours..

Now waited 30 hours., tried logging again but only from laptop, now its giving error (Wrong Username or Password) on laptop as well.
And after 5 attempts has locked my account again for 24 hours..

I'm barely 25 days into Post AOR. And I'm freaking out that I might lose access to my application.
Please help Who to contact and How.?

Just Tried linking my application to new GCKEY. And system says that application not found..

Just tried again, linking my profile to the new gckey username. This time instead of UCI, I
selected Express entry profile number, passport details and IELTS detail, got my profile linked in one minute.

Supposedly my UCI probably was not provided before and I used the temporary UCI when linking, probably that’s why it did not find any application.
