GCKey revoked

Hi

First time poster. Please help urgently.

I paid the PR application fee of CAD 1040 (per applicant) along with the uploading of documents on June 30. However, afterwards when i tried to login it showed your GCKey has been revoked. I am not sure of the reason yet.

Can anyone help as to how I can re-login again to see my profile again. Also, is there anyway to check if my application is still under process.

I also created another login and tried linking the previous profile but the website is showing no such profile exists.

Request help from seniors or share possible options for way forward as i am very nervous.

Call IRCC and ask for your key to be reactivated.
