GCKEY question

Hello! Okay so, when i log into gckey, in the list of activities, it says "we need additional documents to process" but when i click on "view submitted application" it says " there are no required documents for this application"

Im confused l. Do they need documents or not? And if so which ones? Ive emailed london for 2 weeks and no reply , even when marked "urgent

If you scroll to the bottom of that page is there a link to a .pdf letter? Did they otherwise send you an e-mail or a letter by mail?

If you submitted a paper application you cannot view it online . For all of us it says the same thing.

They sent it by email. But all of our correspondence has been through email. I uploaded the missing page, but I'm afraid the next email i get from them will say the canceled our application Because we didn't comply been almost years now, i can't afford any more than mistakes
