Hello Can I ask abou GCkey timely update. My Gckey account showed invlid documents in counterfoil due to expired medical, i was able to do mu remedical last May 2021. Up until now still no update and still invalid, but when I called ircc the agent told me that in his end or in his system mu account is ok and i can proceed to travel (autohorized) it my Gckey that is not updated. I already foolow on this matter thru webform both office of application and centralized canada. Is this possible! Will i proceed on my flight?? Already have the stamp visa and letter of approval. TIA

Hey, when are you due to travel? Have you got a reply back from IRCC after redoing the medical? It has been 10 days since I raised a webform and got no reply yet
Ive got no reply thru webform. I called IRCC and beg to have an update glad he help me out and told me my visa is active and he see no prob with it. Its my Gckey account that is not updated. It happens sometimes Gckey is quite delayed on its update.
I have got a counterfoil document and the status currently shows that its invalid. However , my visa status is approved and everything seems fine. Do you have the same thing as well? Does that mean everything is alright?
Planning to travel the first week of SEPT or mid-Sept once the prices go down and all the rush is cleared.
No reply for the webform yet. Raised twice.
