GCKEY Background check not applicable?

Our background check was NA for almost a year. During that time info sharing was complete, criminality was in progress and security was not started. I read somewhere that criminality is normally finished but they don’t actually update it to complete until eligibility is passed, which after you will receive pre arrival letter - that is when our background check changed to “in progress” again and security has been in progress since the day after we received that letter (july 2024) and still waiting. The NA on background check is a glitch in the system but because they essentially don’t finalize that step until you meet eligibility as an applicant.

It was your not applicable 3 or your status did not change at all through out this period

My background check status is NA3 from 2 months and there is no update. Medical passed since 3 months and biometrics also completed
