same thing with me. request medical exam but there is no message showing in my CIC account
 
Hi everyone, I got the same update. It asks for medical exam but no message in cic account. I have been trying to call cic since yesterday but cant get hold of an agent. It keeps saying "we are unable to transfer you to an agent."
 
Their website is still down, i mean u are still able to log in but looks like theu still got the glitch, i have no clue whats going on, really frustrating

Facing same issue. Medical Exam and Additional documents requested but do not see any message. QSW applicant from USA. Reported technical issue via myCIC. Advise others to report technical issue via myCIC so that myCIC technical support team expedites resolution.

This was a huge breakdown, most likely it wont be back to normal in just one day. Im pretty sure it will take a few days.
 
Greetings . . . I received the same as most here . . . a request for a medical exam with no instructions and asking for me to take action.

I don't have the phone number for CIC. Could someone please post it here or tell me where to find it.

I just phoned CIC and spoke to an agent about my previous post on page 4. What he is seeing on his side is that there is no medical request for me. Now, at least I learned it is a false alarm for me. I advise you guys call them and make sure if it's an actual request or false alarm.

Clearly this issue was caused by recent system upgrade.

I work in IT. Normal IT procedure is to roll back to most recent working version, fix the issue with new version and then release new version "again".

yup makes sense but not sure whats taking so long. hopefully its back up soon. been a full day and a half now since it happened and hasnt been resolved
 
I was able to get in touch with an agent and she told me they did not send any medical request for me and to report a technical issue.

I have the same medical status. Just that I'm an EE candidate and I submitted medicals upfront.

for my husbands, additional doc were requested but no msgs or instructions. his medical had expired last May as we were June 2016 applicant..the wait is unbearble
 
Hi, I am new here.

I submitted my application on April 2nd. While there's ZERO activity in my account since that day, I could see the same update as you guys "We have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details." with no message. Also, I could see "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed." even though I never gave anything additional. I could also the UCI number to application for the first time while status changes to "Your action required"

Don't understand what this means. I am worried because I submitted my medicals upfront and I am worried if I am even healthy! It's scary.

Could anyone please share a direct number I can call from India?
 
I don't think you can call them from India. I called them earlier from within Canada for my hubby and could not get through to an agent. ours is asking for more documents..his medical had expired last month but no request for a new one!..we submited on June 2016 outland..our 1st anniversary was yesterday since it was received..God help us.

Yes you are right! That's why i called CIC yesterday to make it sure if they were really asked for medical request and 2 agents said YES and wait for 5 days for the message/email.so for me , its not a false alarm
