GCkey Application Linking Problem

My wife and I submitted our application to VFS global. I am the primary applicant for a study permit and my wife applied for spousal OWP. I had no problem in linking my application to my gckey account, but for some reason I am unable to link my wife's accout. The system can't find it for some reason.
Can anyone help me with this?
