GCKEY Account Issue

Hi,

My wife has an issue with her GCKEY account, she is not receiving any authentication code/ token via app or email for secondary authentication, we also missed saving the recovery codes.

We called IRCC about this and they suggested creating a new GCKEY account but using the same email address which I already did. Having said that, should we use her previous UCI# provided during her visitor visa application and approval for her new SOWP application? The IMM forms usually ask for the UCI# so we would like to know if we should use the previous UCI# or not, we still have a copy of her previous UCI#.

We already called IRCC about this but the guy can't provide an accurate answer. I believe the UCI# will only appear once we submit the application and we are not sure if it will be the same as before or not.
