Hello, I would like to know, can I use my GC key to apply for the extension of visitor visa of my MIL. The first application of her was processed by some agency through their portal. But now I am looking forward to apply by myself from my GC Key. Kindly, revert if anyone knows the accurate answer.

First, try to get previous GC Key details from your agent. If it is not possible, you can apply it from your account or create a new one.

I have tried getting previous one but did not get, the agency is very unprofessional and the agent was rude and charging unfair for extension. Do not want to continue with him anymore.
You can apply using your own account. Just provide all the information truthfully when you fill the form or apply. Make sure there is no duplicate applications i.e., one already applied by agent and one you apply.
