Guys... FYI, CIC has said they are aware of the issue and are working on it. Multiple users have sent in technical inquiries and called them and have confirmed this.
You'll have to be patient, OR some users have had luck making a new GCKEY and re-linking their application.
The issue appears to be specific to the GCKEY system. Some GCKEY accounts are impacted, some are not. If you are not impacted then count yourself lucky.
