GC Key log-in problem URGENT

Hello everyone,
I've tried to log in with my gc key countless times but it redirects me to the main page which says: english or french. I tried the other log in service and it's the same. From online services, I generated a reference code but when I log in nothing happens how do I fix this?

try another browser or clear the cookies from the current internet browser.

Use the incognito mode on your browser every time you login this is the only working way around this login problem.
