Gap years in study....please help in assessing my chances of Visa approval

My name is Akshay and I wanted to know my Visa Acceptance chances for my profile.

Schooling: 10th : 2004
12th : 2006 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths
2006-2007 (March) was not doing anything as I was trying to become a commercial pilot was rejected in my medical exam at Air Force Central Medical Establisment….due to some ear problem.
2007 (April) – April (2008) worked in a BPO in Gurgaon.
At this time started thinking of doing my formal education.
In April,2008 applied to colleges and universities in Ireland for Chemical and Pharmaceutical courses. Got admission in GMIT,Galway, Ireland.
Appeared for IELTS exam scored 7.5 band overall.
Applied for my visa in August at Irish embassy —Visa approved…
Sept. 2008—arrived in Ireland. Started my course B.Sc. in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science.
sept. 2008 – august -2010 — completed two years of college.
At this time I had one back log because of which I had to resit for that course and I was barred from entering third year.
from Sept,2010-July,2011 completed that course.
In July,2011 came back to India and never went back to Ireland. started thinking of applying to Canada as a transfer student from my college in Ireland to a university in Canada.
Applied to some universities….
Got admission as a transfer student in University of Manitoba, Memorial University of NL and Prince Edward Island University.
Meanwhile I gave my IELTS exam and scored: overall 8.5 band in it with no band less that 8.0.
Now, I wanted to kow my chances of visa approval as I have some gaps to justify….so I am not sure if I will get a visa to study at University of Manitoba or not.
Also, I am applying for May, 2013 intake.
Total gap is from 2006-2008 and then 20011 (August) – 2013 (March).
Please advise if I will face any difficulty in getting a visa or not!
I am applying under University Student permit category as well as I have got transfer of 21 credits which is almost equivalent to one year of study at University of Manitoba.

No one can predict Visa approval chances.
Your case is really complicated , So better write a SOP.

But I created this thread in this collosal forum because I thought there's ought to be someone who had already got a visa with some gap in his/her studies....

I wanted to get a fair idea from someone who know or had any experience like this.

Hiii!! I have a some what similar case.....finished 12th in 2010. Joined engineering in mumbai uni, left in 2nd yr due to drop. applying canada for sept intake. Who are you applying through? whr do you stay in india?

I have completed engineering in year 2009 and after that i started working. I am working from last 4 years approx. I want to apply for masters in Canada? I have a gap between Second year and third year each due to backlogs. Got offer letter from Conestoga College for GBM for Jan'14 intake....I got rejected first time...Will be applying again next week....
Please suggest anyone how to show our gaps in SOP...
