4 Years Gap

Hi friends, my sister wants to apply for Canada Student visa. We are from India
-She has got 70% in 10th CBSE(2001-2002)
-She has got 72% in 12th CBSE(2003-2004)
-She has got 67% in B.com GNDU(2004-2007)
-She has got 87% in Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management from AMITY UNIVERSITY(2007-2008)
After 2008 she`s been working at home (not professional Work) But I can arrange her 2-3 Years Working experience in an Event Management Co.
-She has not got any Visa on her passport Yet.

Friends Can you guide me is there any chances for to get the Student visa ??
What else can be done to get the student visa?

Yeah chances are bright if you can fill the gap with something meaningful
secondly, make sure she choose right course other wise she have to face course mismatch rejection... she has done pgd so go for masters atleast

strong ties and financial proof ... and thats it

I searched on many colleges, we are getting only Certificate graduate programs in event management.
There are no MASTERS courses related to Event Management.
Should we go for Certificate program if no then what should we do???

chances of getting visa are very slim with this. I think even Business management related courses can help her getting admission as well ...
