I did my 12th in 2017..i took admission in BDS and got a reappear in 1 sub in 1st yr exams and i am not able to clear the exam.in supplementary attempt..now i m the back batch i.e. i will again clear that exam nd will be 6 months behind than my batchmates..i have applied for study visa..i had 77% marks in 12th in cbse in med bt had 56 in physics..what to do about my gap ? I cannot mention BDS bcuz i will get refused for sure..so what else i can explain in sop..can i get visa for sept 2019 intake as my gap would be more than two years by then n maximum gap accepted was 2 yrs under spo nd 1 yr under sds ryt ?? Please suggest a way out it's very urgent..please if anyone knows any agency which can issue any experience certificates pls contact me asap

You are asking people to help you lie to the visa officer, good luck with that. Be honest in your application and you will be fine. If you lie in your application it will bite you, maybe not immideatly but even 2-3 years from now. Normally people don't want to get banned from entering Canada due to misinformation.
If you fake work experience, expect to be refused and banned from Canada for 5 years. Don't lie in your application if you want any hope of being approved.

You do not have gap. You need to mention it in your application that you started bds and was failing the courses, got backlog, and decided that I do not like bds and will not waste my dads money. STAY TRUE.

And agents are saying that u can attach a certificate from.an ngo stating that u worked there as a volunteer..bt another agent said that u di not have to mention any reason for ur gap..so do i have to justify my gap ?? Actually an agent told me that under spp 2 years gap was acceptable for ug programs and under sds 1 year gap is acceptable..that's y i asked that how true is this info ??

You need to mention exactly what you did truthfully. Don't attach any false documents, don't withhold any information. Agents will not give two shits about you once they get their fees from either you or from the college. Mention exactly what you did if you dropped out of a course you will need to explain why you did not want to continue. I can't repeat this enough, you are better off telling the truth than lying. If you get banned in one country, then it is very difficult going to any other country, don't make that mistake.
don't listen to these agents. they will make you inadmissible to Canada for misinterpretation. show your bds and you will be ok.
What if i say that i was preparing for ielts ?? Bcuz my uncle residing in canada said that u shouldn't mention ur bds thing bcuz it will show ur flaws n the V.O. will see that if d student is not able to pass in india then how will she pass in canada..it will potray a very bad image on d academic point of view..can u pls suggest a way how can i justify my gap other than the bds thing

Dear u r nt understanding my situation..one of my friend attached a computer course certificate n got d visa..i just dnt want my profile to go in vain..even if i narrate my bds story d V.O. won't be satisfied cuz m failing here how would i be able to study in a foreign land ?? U're just adamant on ur claims bt my situation is really pissed off

when you fill the application, there will be education part which will show that you did 1 year or 2 years bds and you failed courses. Ielts preparation cant be a part of your education.

So, if he is a lawyer then take his advice, why are you coming to such a forum. You have stated that you were studying BDS, then you clearly state that you do not want to mention you doing BDS. If you want to lie on your visa application then lie, no one is stopping you here. You know people who have done fraud and got the visa then please do the same. However don't expect people to support you in such things, I don't know what you want; you know people who have done what you want to do. You have a lawyer who is telling you to do what you want to do. Just do it and face the consequences later.
