Gap after Rejection of Visitor Visa

My sisters paper application visitor visa got rejected
Is there any timeline or I can give a try((can we do it immediate) to re-apply again immediately online ?

You can apply right away, but unless you address the reasons for refusal, expect it to be dejected again.

If your sister can give strong reason and proof to visa officer,she might get approve otherwise
reapply soon after rejection will be same one. honestly chances are slim as visa officer might see
that you sister is desperate to get in canada so it is really tough.good luck
