Does anyone know what is the process in this case? a G5 sponsored refugee, the sponsorship application was approved, the application was sent to the visa office and interview and medical are done, awaiting visa issue.
Now if the person marries, and updates the PR application with the marital status change, can the spouse be added to the application? and would that mean that the sponsorship application would have to be re-evaluated - or only the PR application will be delayed to process the spouse's application?
Appreciate any insight, especially if someone has gone through a similar situation or knows someone who has.
