This is one of the forms needed for an Inland Spouse or Common-Law sponsorship application.

I just noticed that this form has been revised Nov 2013. I can't see what's been changed, but those that are using this, make sure you have this updated version.

This is the same form for Inland and Outland. My application was delayed by 2 weeks because of forms being updated, and I had to get my husband to re-sign and courier back to me so that I could re-submit to CIC. So hopefully this post helps many.
