I would just like to share my experience witg the forum members regarding applying bridge open work permit applications at port of entry.
Couple of weeks back I went to Niagara falls hoping to get BOWP. I was denied the same as the POE are not allowed to issue this kind of work permit.
I was also pointed to the eligibility section on CIC website below; this states that foreign nationals applying for bowp at port of entry are ineligible.
