FUTURE OF 2004 APPLICANTS GETTING PR

Hi all and Very Good morning. Now a days there are so many heartbreaking news for scraping of backlog applications . some applicants ahve also participated in litigation. My question is whether it will be quite easy by cic to ignore such applications who have updated documents long ago in 2008 and have been awaiting patently on the promises of cic .Is it fair on the part of a developed coutry immi dept to act in such a iiresponsible way? Comments are welcomed

Hi...

I also heard that backlog may be scrapped in future. This is the most frustrated immigration system I have ever seen. From 8 to 9 years people are waiting for visa with lots of hope and if they will come in this type of situation it will be shameful for system. It will be better if they refund their money instead of making them fool.

What do you guys mean by scrapping backlog applications?? Who told you guys about it.I don't think it's possible. It might take more time than expected but they can not scrap old applicantions and even if they does don't worry they will definitely refund you guys the money..

there is a high probability that the backlog cases will either be legislated away ie dismissed by making a law or alternatively new point system will be applied to dismiss most of them

the first scenario a new law is needed and for the second a mere notification to apply new criteria with retrospective effect

regarding the issue of fairness............ well if you applied so long ago and still waiting you know how fair the system is? yes they can do anything

Hi guys just read about this topic in detail and I also believe that applications made before 2008 will be dumped. Moreover if the question is whether they can do this or not.. Answer is yes they can do anything.. It's their country and they have their own laws.we can discuss for hours that its not ethical, moral or anything but reality is they don't care about that and can do anything...
