Future age Point calculation after 6months atleast

Hi,

I am age 37Years 6months. I am going to apply end of September 2014.
My wife not graduate but she cleared IELTS so, I got 5 points from her already.
I cleared IELTS total 16points at this time.
I am B.com from Gujarat University so I think it's 21 points.

Work Experience is full : 15 points. no other points like relatives because my uncle not in Canada at this time I have his PR card copy but not other proof.

If I count points at this time is 67 points. but if CIC or VO count my points after 6months than it will be 66 points only. I want to know my B.com (10+2+3 total 15years that include 3years Degree Graduation) is 21 points or 22 points. my WES report applied and pending. Thanks in Advance

Thanks, but what about my Age points, at this time I am 37years and 6months old at this time. so, CIC will give me points based on 37years old. but in future in couple of months I will be 38years old during my file under process so, what points should be counted? CIC counted that one or in future any assessment by Visa officer separately point calculation... Please suggest..
