Dear at9459
What is your current status ?

You need to provide proof of your fund at the very last stage of your application processing. They ask you to send proof of fund when your application is accepted on principle. Do not sell any property unless they tell you to send the proof.

If they ask your proof of fund, you can assume that your application is accepted.

Good luck.

@ syedrahman1980,

FYI - the new fast track applicants are asked for proof of funds at the second stage itself. Since people have been rejected after that, I don't think acceptance/visa is assured.

I read a couple times that you can show your proof of funds also by including a deed that is showing the worth of your property. Maybe a copy of the land register... You shouldnt sell the property before you receive the visa!

Please don't sell your property, you can simply get a registered property valuer or appraiser to value the property and give you a detailed valuation report. I think it should be ok with your land register. It is important though to have some liquid funds as well

Its better you'll lend some money from ur well wishers and pay them interest for desired period. One of my friend did it and now he is canada.

hi Ankur,

The funds must be in form of cash and in your personal bank account or a joint account of you and your wife. Further you can also provide proof of your saving certificates or worth of any property in your name, in an integrated "net worth statement".
In my case Local CHC send me a letter for updating documents and they require proof of funds in form of bank statement "only".
