funds -very urgent please senior reply

Hi,

Can someone advie me as do i have to keep the money in bank account until i hear from CHC do they confirm it from your bank?

I had updated my documents on 16th oct2008 and i was asked for few more documents on 31st oct2008 again like MY UNIVERSITY'S ACCADEMIC ACCREDIATION + MY IELTS RESULTS (WHICH I HAD SENT ON 4TH NOV2008 SEPERATLY) + ALL MINE AND MY HUSBANDS ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS + DEGREE CERTIFICATE + MY INTENDED DESTINATION IN CANADA.

CHC gave my 60days to submit all above documents/ i was away from UK for 3 months and my consultant did not contact me properly and luckly i foundout at the end and submitted all required documents on the last day of finishing 60days.

I have 2 questions.

1. does it effect my ae as i have sent my documents on the last day (they received it on 60th day by next day delivery).

2. also wht if i dont have the balance in my bank account which i showed when i updated my documents in oct2008. do they check with my bank if i have the same amount in my bank still or not.

Please help me as its already been 5months since i have sent my updated documents.

I dont think they will confirm your bank balance, so you dont have to freeze balance as along as you submit your proof of funds.

By the way your name soudns Kurdish, because your name likes my daughter's name

got another question any idea if its ok to get CAIPS notes? does it effects you case?
or if you cancel appoinment of your representative and give your address for future correspondence does it delays your case or not?
