WE got passport request and it says this , does it apply to us also??what if we dont want to take any funds ?its family class

I don't think this applies for PR's, that's a requirement for visitors and other permit holders.

Thanks another question, They asked us to send ppt to Abu dhabi, my husband use to work in kuwait but he is in india now and we cannot send passport out of country what should we do?
