Funds settlement- Affidavit of support, help required.

hi all, i am going to apply visitor visa under business category to attend an conference in Canada and i need your help, to show net worth report which is written and created by Charted Accountant, I showed up $5000 in my bank account which is sufficient for a trip but no property is on my name, so I showed my parental property and there funds too and my parents also support me if my budget goes higher during trip.

Now my question is May i needed to add an affidavit from my parent’s side?
If yes then what I have to write on it?

Don't show your parents' property in the application. This won't help your visitor visa at all since these aren't your assets. It just makes you look desperate to get to Canada.

i have good ties, working in company with good salary, employment letter, i am also studying part time so also have institutions certificate that i have to come back and that conference also improve my earning in future. so i am able to convey that i am not going to overstay. bcoz have good ties good salary and good property on my parents name which is going to be on my name in future.

so i need help how to write affidavit of support. thanks
