Funds requirements for EE profile

I have a question regarding the proof of funds that needs to be mentioned while applying for EE profile.
I have 10,000cad TFSA GIC, does that count valid for the proof ?
And I also have 5000 cad in savings account
Does this mean I can mention 15000 in total?

Yes. If you are applying in CEC stream then there is no proof of funds.
