Dear All

incase if i carry half amount and keep half amount in my bank in india on my name is this ok or shall i have to carry all the amount with me as proof of fund , Seniors plz help .

is it ok to travel in Jan/ Feb because this is winter season & will be the job market be the same as in normal Months .

are there are survial jobs .

1. Settlement money as per the CIC website, you must carry in the shape of cash/ DD/ Travellers cheque when you land first time. Money in Indian bank will not help you, normally they dont ask to show the settlement money, but if they ask and you are not having then it can be problem. Immigration officer can send you back also.

2. Job market is vibrant during spring / summer. It is not same in Jan/ Feb.

3. Survival jobs are here.
