Hi there I have the issue with funds. Well I have sufficient funds in my account, but also have the credit card balance. It it gonna be problem for me?? I have a TD and CIBC account what sort of letter I needed ???

Generally they can give you a letter without including your liabilities(in this case credit card). Talk to them, I was successfull in getting the letter from TD without credit card balance (Was long time ago, Not for PR). Not sure about CIBC.

But Is there any problem if we don't disclose our credit cards and statements ??

I ask TD they said, we can't provide any letter. can someone help me out in this matter!

See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

The applicant should provide an official letter(s) from one or more financial institutions that lists all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts, such as credit card debts and loans.

Yes it is. Do you have a Canadian Experience of one year or more?

If you qualify for CEC, then you don't have to worry about funds.

You need to mention everything. Don't try to mis guide CIC. In case if they find out that you are misrepresenting facts, you will be barred from entering Canada for 5 years.

I would suggest you to borrow the money from a friend or relative and pay off the credit card bill.

But the credit card carrying balance is different from the bank accounts!!
