Funds in Bank Account

I applied for Express Entry in January this year and still haven't received any confirmation of my PR. The status on the portal shows "in process". I want to know if i can withdraw the funds i have been keeping in my account? i want to utilize them and since they are not giving any time frame, i dont want to keep my funds locked up any longer. Or can i just change the account where i keep the funds (from a current account to saving account) ? will that have an impact on my application?

No one can see what's in your bank account. I'm not sure if they can ever ask for additional proof during the review process, but I don't think I've read about someone going though a scenario like that. (Additional POF documents)

Other than that, when you land in Canada for the first time, you either need to carry the money on you or show proof that you have it.
