Funds available to stay

I'm applying for my study permit extension in a few days

My question is: Is $3000 CAD enough number to be filled in 'Funds available to stay' in the IMM570 form?

The province for my intended study is SK

$3000 is way too small for funds available for your stay.
You should have more if your program is a one year duration. Usually i advice people to calculate $400-500 per month and multiply within a duration of study duration. This makes sense to visa officers.
