No. It is risky better 80/20 rule 20% Cash, rest DD or TC (check the rates and Comm.)

I have experiance in handling Cash(big amount 8)) but not mine ;D

It is better transfer cash for other safe instrument speedly in any case/Scene

Yes you can, one of my friends who landed this month had taken 100% cash. He didn't face any issue.

Rather the clear question is receipts to show the obtaining of foreign cash from my local currency to Canadian dollars, Euros and Pounds.

You can if your customs allows.
No problem in Canada as for as you declare.

But why take 100% cash?

You don't need any receipts. Just show them the cash. They might count. Remember to fill declaration card and E677 form and tick yes you are carrying $10,000 or more per person. Thanks
