Helo.. m gonna apply for student visa.. $50000 is the total cost including tution and living expenses.for two years ( master's ) . so plz tell me how much minimum amount should i show in filing .. m very much confused.

First year's tuition + $10,000 for living expenses (assuming you are single).

Life insurance won't pay your rent or buy your food. Must be liquid.

If you are from INDIA,

You need to show atleast 80% of (tuition plus living expenses) for one academic year. Normally, first year tuition plus $8,000

IF u want to make ur case strong then do the following ...
1.TAKE EDUCATION LOAN ( FOR ONE YEAR LIVING AND TWO YEARS TUTION FEE)
2. BANK STATEMENTS FOR ONE MONTH + SIX MONTHS OR 1 YEAR.
3.PAY YOUR FIRST SEMESTER FEE AS REQUIRED BY UNIVERSITY
4.TWO YAERS ITR

CAN CAN ALSO SHOW THAT MUCH MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT IF U R NOT TAKING EDUCATION LOAN..BUT PREFER EDUCATION LOAN ...
