PLS HELP SENIOR MEMBERS

Hello, I got a request letter from ircc about funding proof. I have already paid first year fee and gic.

So, I got a loan sanction letter from icici for 20 lacs and showed my dad's itr but it is just 6.5 lacs. I have also showed immovable assets of more than 2cr.

My per year fee is 9 lacs(15,000 CAD). Will my visa get rejected for low annual income

It's a four year program.

Already paid 1st year fee and gic.

I said 20 lac loan(33300) + 50% of annual income - 9.75lacs(17800) + 4.18lacs(7300) as liquid asset. Total 57500 approximately.

Tuition fee for rest of the three years is 45000

So you have around $12500 left. If you take a minimum of $10k per year in living expenses for 4 years, where are you getting that money? That is what VO wants to know. That doesn't include airfare, and getting set up in Canada. Assume you are going to a public university.

Yes, that is why I showed land titles. So, I can get a loan if need more money as I don't want to pay interest immediately after obtaining loan and that too compound interest.

What do land titles have to do with Proof of Funds? Proof of funds are funds that are in your account and liquid. How will you pay for living and other expenses for 4 years….you need to show those funds.

I can’t tell you because approval is based on your profile. However IRCC wants you to show proof of funds for your 4 year program. So you need to show POF beyond what is included in your application.

You need to show that you will be able to fund the 4 year course plus
Icing expenses.
