Fund Requirements for University Category

I have got admission in University of Northern British Columbia for September 2017 intake. My visa was rejected for winter 2017 session under SPP. University category mentions Education Loan. Is loan mandatory? Can I just show 1 semester fee receipt and income documents and IT documents of my father along with the letter. Please help me with the documents list.

Visa Officer's Remark:

Given the applicant’s previous educational history and academic standing, the motivation to
pursue studies in Canada at this point does not seem reasonable. Applicant completed her
bachelor’s degree and masters degree in 2006 with a low grade point average. Large gap in
studies; employed since. Statement of purpose does not explain clearly career path, intentions
and the reason for choosing study program in Canada. Low ties to India (declared to be single
with no children). Studies in english in Canada would only be more difficult for the subject in
Canada. As such I am not satisfied that the applicant is a BF student. I am not satisfied applicant is
a bonafide student who would depart Canada at the end of authorized stay. Application Refused.
