This is a more complicated one because you work for an MNC with Canadian offices/clients. You need to make sure you meet the guidelines as posted. You can’t have Canadian clients or be seen as taking a job from a Canadian.

I can see this point,
  • long distance (by telephone or Internet) work done by a temporary resident whose employer is outside Canada and who is remunerated from outside Canada;
It includes branches also ? By the way, my employer is based in different county. However, it has a few small branches in Canada, where I will not be reporting and I had no link officially.

Correct, but your employer has branches in Canada so seek advice on this from an immigration lawyer.

I need to mention a point here,
In India, the organization I employed is registered as XYZ India PVT Ltd. Meanwhile, In Canada, it is registered as XYZ Canada. So both are different right ?
It shows that employment is outside Canada ?

As long as you are compensated outside of Canada, comply to labor laws in India and clients are in India, thats should be fine. However, dont engage in any work related conversation with client in Canada..

But one thing to note as others explained, it is complicated situation. If you read ESA,2000 it explains rights for employee working remotely but outside of Canada and somehow it mentions employer responsibility to report new work station, in your case that will be Canada. Now there are immigration and tax implication to clarify, i would suggest you consult immigration lawyer

On side note, this is my thinking, because of pandemic, lets say majority of FT students take remote full time work outside of Canada while are in Canada as full time student
