Unless there is a temporary policy in effect (such as https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/policies-operational-instructions-agreements/public-policies/off-campus-work.html), international students are not allowed to work full time while studying during regular semesters. Usually during summer semesters, the international students are allowed full time work if their DLI consider that semester as a scheduled break.
